What will I be doing?? Basic fitness tests in strength and fitness before and after you have completed your Boot Camp so you can see how far you have come. Boxing, sand jogging, running, sprinting, stair climbs, drills, medicine ball work, resistance work, circuit weight training, team work, core and cardio sessions with many more challenging days both mentally and physically and much much more FUN.!
What you will need to bring: Sunscreen, Hat, Towel, Water bottle and You’re motivated self.!
