Personal Training & Sports Specific Training
Together we can set some goals and perform tests to check your bio-mechanics, fitness and strength levels to use as a benchmark for your training progress.
Single Session - $65 (Tweed Heads/Coolangatta area $10 extra for travel
Let one of the experts at Bodimatters Fitness design and implement a one on one program to suit your specific needs. We will ensure you are having fun and will keep you motivated every step of the way by achieving fast, effective and efficient results!
Friends/Couples Session - $40 per person (2 only)
Why not bring a partner or friend along to train beside you? With the help of a Bodimatters Fitness trainer you will both be seeing the results you want soon and can motivate each other along the way.
Group Fitness Sessions (Circuit Training)
Groups of 6 to 8 people - $15 per session (10 week course). 2 sessions a week. Tuesday and Thursday nights 6pm - 7pm.
Rehabilitation - $65
If you have a niggling injury that just won't go away, i can help you fix it and prevent any further injuries.
